This beautiful deluxe duplex apartment is located in quiet neigbourhood just one minute away from the beach.
The apartment is 10 minutes car drive from the centre of Sitges and provides luxury accommodation in a brand new apartment.
From the front door, you enter into the large open living area. It is tastefully decorated with modern furniture. From the large sofa you can look out to the panoramic views below or watch TV.
The dining area is open to the living room and has a glass topped table and dining chairs for 4.
The views from this area are also breathtaking.
The kitchen is very modern, stylish and of top quality and is fully fitted including oven, microwave, fridge freezer, gas range and dishwasher.
Of course, it contains all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for everybody.
From the living and dinning area you can access a big terrace with stunning views over de Mediterranean.
Washing machine and dryer are in a small room in one side of the kitchen.
There is also a small bathroom in this floor.
Just at the entrance of the apartment there are a stairs from where you can access the bedrooms downstairs.
Bedroom 1 is double, with one bed hidden under the other, lots of natural light and decorated in neutral colors.
Bedroom 2 is again double sized and is decorated with a very stylish pink wallpaper.
Bedroom 3 is also double sized with one double bed and a bid wardrobe.
There is also one complete bathrooms to share between the three rooms.
There is parking for two cars, and also a bus from to Sitges centre if you don't wish to drive.
There are also lovely communal gardens surrounding the fabulous communal swimming pool.
A relaxing place to stay and unwind with all mod cons and yet only 10 minutes from Sitges or Vilanova and great links to Barcelona or the country.
