Lovely penthouse with stunning views. It´s peace and quiet and yet just a few minutes to the centre of Sitges and to the beaches. Once you enter the apartment you find the living room, beautifully light and fresh. There is a comfortable sofa and a collapsible table and chairs, so you have plenty of space while you don´t need the table. From the living you access the 14 square meters terrace. There is sun all day and it has great views over the roof tops, mountains and the Mediterranean. This is a perfect place to sunbathe or watch the sun go down. The terrace has a retractable awning that can cover the terrace and provides plenty of shade and privacy. There is also a table and you can use the indoor chairs to dine out or have a memorable breakfast. The kitchen is compact but full of everything you will need. It is cleverly laid out to maximize space and includes the full range of appliances including a fridge, freezer, vitroceramic, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space plus a bed side tale and a reading lamp. The second bedroom has two singles beds and again, a wardrobe. The bathroom is cleverly hidden behind the panelled living room wall. It is divided in two small separate areas not connected to each other. The first area has a sink, mirror an the WC. The second separate area has a bath tub and an extra sink + mirror. From the panelled wall you can also access a tiny room containing the washing machine and cleaning products and utensils. There is a fantastic new sports complex with pool just two minutes away from the apartment. This is a welcoming and light penthouse that provides every comfort for your stay in a peaceful location but still an easy stroll to the bars and restaurants in the centre and of course the beaches. There is a minimum booking requirement of 2 days.
