Located in the residential area between the port and Balmins beach this is a great place to really relax and enjoy the scenery.
Balmins beach is just 2 minutes stroll and the town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk. If you don´t feel like walking to the centre you can always catch the convenient local bus, with a stop just a few meters away from your door.
The chic marina of Aiguadoç is just 3 minutes stroll, with its pintoresque little white streets, its yatchs and its elegant restaurants and cafes.
The decoration of the apartment goes together with the whole style of the marina, rustic and simple without setting modern details aside.
The living room has a large sofa, which converts into a single sofa bed. There are also lamps and a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.
The apartment has a small kitchen area for basic self-catering. The kitchen, hidden behind a door that makes the impression of a wardrobe, is equipped with vitroceramic cooker, fridge + freezer, microwave and coffee making facilities.
From the lounge you can step out onto a small terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the communal pool and garden and also of the nearby Balmins Beach and the Med.
Beside that the apartment has one bedroom with two double beds and a wardrobe and a beautifully designed bathroom with shower. All the apartment is flooded with sunlight, including the bath. Parking slot for one car in the same building included.
This is a nice apartment in a beautiful location, slightly away from the frenetic centre but close enough to be convenient. With a wonderful swimming pool and garden, it offers everything you need for your stay in Sitges.
