Blaumar Apartment
This beautiful two storey apartment is located in quiet neigbourhood just five minutes away from the beach.
The apartment is aprox. 10 minutes away by car from the centre of Sitges or Vilanova and provides luxury accommodation in a brand new apartment.
Blaumar4 is decorated showing a very good sense of taste, with furniture from all over the world which gives an exotic atmosphere to the set.
Lighting was also a must while decorating the apartment. At night, lamps with different colors and brightness make the apartment a special place to relax.
From the front door, you enter into the large open living area. It is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and a comfortable single sofa bed where an additional guest can sleep.
In this floor you can also find the kitchen which is very modern, stylish and of top quality. It is fully fitted including oven, microwave, fridge freezer, vitroceramic cooker and dishwasher. There is also a table and chairs.
Of course, it contains all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for everybody.
From the living area you can access a nice terrace with stunning views over de Mediterranean and designer wooden furniture.
Finally, in this floor, you can find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom.
From this room you can access a second terrace with a double sun lounger and, again, breathtaking views of the sea.
Just at the entrance of the apartment there are a stairs from where you can access two more bedrooms upstairs.
Bedroom 1 is double, with one bed hidden under the other, lots of natural light and decorated in neutral colors.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and access to the third terrace. Here you can relax in one of the two sun lounger or take a quick shower to refresh yourself before jumping to the near beach or swimmingpool.
There is also one complete bathroom to share between the two rooms.
Washing machine and dryer are in a small room in the first floor.
There is a parking for two cars, and also a bus to Sitges or Vilanova centre if you don't wish to drive, but reccommend you have a car while staying in this apartment.
There are also lovely communal gardens surrounding the fabulous communal swimming pool.
A relaxing place to stay and unwind with all mod cons and yet only 10 minutes from Sitges or Vilanova and great links to Barcelona or the country.
